Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions arise (hidden damage, hazards, access issues, etc.).

Estimates are valid for a limited time (typically 7–30 days unless otherwise stated).

Written or electronic approval is required before work begins.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, or zelle.

Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as permitted under Florida law.

The Company reserves the right to require deposits for certain jobs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Property Access & Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

Provide clear access to the work area

Remove vehicles, obstacles, or valuables

Inform us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards

The Company is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:

The Company is not liable for:

Pre-existing property conditions

Damage caused by hidden defects (root systems, decay, underground lines)

Acts of God (storms, weather events, etc.)

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

8. Insurance & Licensing

Anthony’s Tree and Stump Service LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required under Florida law. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

9. Emergency Services
